The property's location near the Tom Patterson Theatre and with a view of the lake from the lounge was simply lovely. The lounge itself was cozy and had all the amenities we needed, including a fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. The room's beautiful wood finishes added to the cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was clean and offered the choice of a bath or shower. We also appreciated the good communication from the owner. our stay was enjoyable and we would love to return.
The only minor drawback was the limited time we had to enjoy the property due to the evening check-in and early checkout. Additionally, it would have been perfect if we had received the access code before our arrival.

This charming and well-kept accommodation was simply mind-blowing! The sunroom with the vintage love seat and French doors took our breath away. Waking up to the stunning river view was absolutely jaw-dropping. Not only was it conveniently located near cafes, restaurants, and shops, but it was also surprisingly quiet. The price was super affordable considering all we got, and the thorough check-in instructions were a huge help. The parking was convenient and reasonably priced, unlike other places that charge a crazy amount. The property's location near the theater and lake view in the lounge were icing on the cake. The lounge was so comfy and had a little fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker. As a tea drinker, I was thrilled to find a tea pot available. The wood finishes in the room created a cozy atmosphere, and the bathroom was spotless, offering a choice between a bath or shower. The owner's communication was excellent from start to finish. We truly loved our stay and can't wait to come back to this amazing place.

We loved the cozy sitting area in the lounge, complete with a small fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. As avid tea drinkers, we were thrilled to find a tea pot available for use. The room itself had beautiful wood finishes that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bathroom was clean and provided the option for both a bath and a shower. The owner's communication before and after our visit was excellent, making us feel well taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return.
The only minor drawback was that the street outside the property could be a bit noisy during the day. However, it became amazingly quiet overnight, so it didn't disrupt our sleep.
